This website belongs to De Cocktail Producent. We keep as little as possible and say exactly what we do.

Who we are

What we process

Only what you enter in the enquiry form yourself: name, email address, optionally a company name and phone number, and whatever you write in your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a collaboration, to carry out the work.

How long we keep it

An enquiry arrives as an email. We keep it as long as the contact runs and up to two years afterwards, unless a legal retention duty (such as seven years for invoices) requires longer.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the service that sends our email (Resend) and, if you become a customer, our bookkeeping. We do not sell data and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.

Statistics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited and which buttons are used. It works without cookies and without us being able to recognise you as a person: no IP address is stored and the figures are only visible as totals. Your motion preference (on or off) is kept locally in your browser, without us seeing it.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your details. Email info@cocktailproducent.nl and we will take care of it. If we cannot resolve it together you can turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
